The line of splicing of lamellas of unlimited length (height up to 250 mm) is intended for manufacture of structural sawn timber and girders.
Maximum quantity of cycles of splicing per minute: 5 (for 3 meter lamellas).

Line structure:
1. Two-section loading conveyor
2. 1-st tenon cutter (trimming of workpieces, parting-off and milling of serrated dowels)
3. 2-nd tenon cutter with the automatic size system (processing of the second butt end of workpieces, glue coating),
4. system of conveyors for automatic loading press in structure:
- the tipping device of workpieces
- the tape accumulative conveyor (length 3 m)
5. hydraulic squeezer with built-in field of 3 m
6. the trimming site cuttings of workpieces to the size
7. receiving roll tables with the kickoff (6 m or 12 m)
